How To Stop Obsessing Over One Particular Woman

There are many times when you might obsess over a specific woman, even one you can't date.
In fact this happens so often to guys there is term for it – one-itis.
One-itis is an obsession some men have for a particular woman. Their desire for this one woman is so strong they forgo trying to date any other woman. Unfortunately an obsession over one woman isn't a health attitude to have.
I am going to be honest here…
We've all had cases of one-itis. Whether it's a girl from a past relationship or a woman who is "just friends" with us, we have all been hung up on that one girl who doesn't return the emotion.
But I can guarantee one-itis will get you nowhere!
The only thing that happens is you miss out on opportunities with other women.
My advice is to never obsess over one girl.
When you do this you'll end up disappointed.
Instead try to fill your life with a variety of women. Whether they're friends, lovers or someone in between, it's important to have an active life filled with different women.
Having a lot of women in your life is beneficial for three reasons…
1) You won't get hung up on one particular woman
2) You'll be happier because you have a busy life filled with interesting people
3) You'll be more attractive to women because they see you as an important person with a variety of girls in your life.
By having a lot of women in your life, you'll discover that you won't obsess over specific ones. If a woman knows she's easily replaceable she'll be less likely to act like a drama queen or try stringing you along.
Ultimately you'll be happier and more successful with women.
